The Tactical Response Division is always recruiting new members, we are looking for people that are good team players and play well themselves, if you join there are specific tasks you need to do before becoming a full time member like:
YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR A TRIAL BEFORE YOU CAN WEAR THE TRIALEE TAG, ONCE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM BELOW YOU CAN WEAR THE TAG OF -TRD-t UNTIL YOU ARE APPROVED OR DENIED
Postings - You will need to post in our forums by replying to made post's or creating your own post's (this is compulsory). This is to show us that if you become a full member and get access to the rest of the forums you will use the forums on a regular basis. The forums are used for members to talk, discuss topics, training/scrim/war announcements and general game chatter. Spamming the forums with double posts and meaningless replys like Lol or similar will negatively effect your chances.
TeamSpeak - You will need to have TeamSpeak and are expected to be on there as much as possible, (TeamSpeak requires a microphone). This will positively affect your chances of becoming a member. If you do NOT have a microphone or it is broken etc... please state so in you application so we can take that into consideration. (THIS IS NOT COMPULSORY UNTIL THE RANK OF SARGEANT)
Play - You are expected to play in your field if it be BF2, CS:S, TF2, CoD4, UT3, GRAW, D2LOD, we also play using PS3's so could you state if you have one and the games you play online. You are Expected to play in your area with Current TRD Members, getting along with them will help you a lot, currently we are only in CS:S and TF2.
Ranking System - TRD has a ranking system similar to the US Marines, the Ranks are from Private to General of the Army(4 star). All new TRD Members will start out on Private rank and you will have to work your way up the ranks. With promotions come perks and responsibilities that will be further available in detail when you become a full member.
TRIALEE INFORMATION

All new recruits that have not been approved for a trial will NOT be able to wear the official Tactical Response Division member Tag -TRD- or the Standard Trialee Tag -TRD-t
For the period of your trial you will be able to wear the Tactical Response Division Trialee Tag (-TRD-t)
This Tag can be displayed in game when you have been put on trial and NOT before, you will be notified by Private Message or in your Recruitment thread in the Public Recruiting Forum.
These Tags are a privelage and not just for show, if you display these Tags at any time you have to behave Responsibly and in a Professional Manner, because our name goes with those tags and we don't want to get a bad reputation.
After your 2 week Trial is up you will be notified by Private Message or Directly through Steam of your Passing, Extention or Rejection.
Passing: You will be notified of your passing and be able to place the Tactical Response Division members Tag infront of you nickname -TRD- and accept your rank of Recruit which also comes with a tag which you can read about in the members area of the forums. In the case of passing you are obligated to follow orders during training and ingame of all members with a rank of staff sargeant or higher.
Extention: A further period of time will be added to your trial and will be notified of what you need to complete for you to become a member (still to wear the Trialee Tag. The time added to your trial varies upon the decision of the active admin)
Rejection: You will have been Rejected due to the reasons that will be sent in a Personal Message stating why you have been Rejected.
Passing: To Pass you need to complete the following tasks
*Play on any of our servers with at least one official -TRD- Member
*Introduce yourself to the admins if you see them online
*Constantly Use the Forums, and make yourself known on them (THIS IS A MUST)
*Use teamspeak (if Applicable)
*Show us what you've got and have fun
